I too have beautifully handwritten recipe books from my Grandmother and Great Grandmother (the books are over 100 years old and covered in stains!) but I admit, I am a sucker for a colour photograph theses days. I thought you might share your &#039;Secret 7&#039; recipe?.. But I guess it wouldn&#039;t be secret if you did :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have some old cookbooks like that too, the recipe names do raise a laugh today; some are along the lines of &quot;Mrs T H Smith&#039;s Golden Syrup Dumplings&quot; and T H would have been the initials of Mr Smith. Thankfully other things change and the recipes stay just as good.  I brought my (NZ) Edmonds Cookbook with member for the baking recipes.  I&#039;ve made favourite Afghans a few times for shared morning tea type events. You&#039;re right, memories in every mouthful.]]></description>
